Our Methodology
We are strong believers of the Agile project management methodology as the best way to achieve higher business value and a quick time to market. However, this does not mean that every project or phase of a project should be managed in an Agile fashion. According to the Project Management Institute “PMI®” Agile project management methodology, a project or phase of a project could follow the traditional top-down predictive approach in planning, an incremental approach in planning and delivery, or an iterative approach. An Agile methodology blends the iterative and incremental approach of planning and delivery together.
Because each project is unique and each organization has its own demands and mandates, we believe that there is no single project management methodology that can fit all projects, even for the same organization. In our opinion, this is the beauty of the Agile mindset and project management thinking, in which being adaptable and responsive to change occurs through a modest and nimble process.
