Why our training methodology is UNIQUE
What is the PMBOK certifications error patterns?
1. All our training utilizes hands-on projects to explain and practice the PMBOK processes and tools.
2. The way we craft our database of questions. Do you know how other providers write their questions? They look in the PMBOK for a trick or side note or not frequently used acronym, and they build a question around that. We develop our questions the other way around. On each topic, we reflect on the projects we worked on and create a question around that. We then find the reference to it in the PMBOK. Do you see the difference here? The difference here is that our questions reflect a practical knowledge of project management, which in returns helps you in passing the exam successfully and also equip you with practical work experience knowledge. By the way, we are not claiming credit for this process; this is how PMI designs their questions for their professional certifications.
3. We developed our methodology on how to tackle any PMBOK certification. Throughout our years of experience in project management training, we have experienced general trends or patterns on how candidates answer some questions wrong. We carefully analyzed these questions and came up with some grouping or categorization of these errors. We named these patterns the "The PMBOK certifications error patterns." Why is it important to understand these patterns? By understanding these patterns, you can correct some of the misconceptions that you have about project management. By doing so, you can answer all questions related to this pattern correctly. This pattern approach is better in learning that trying to correct each question individually. By understanding the pattern behind each question, you can answer all questions belonging to this pattern correctly.
